In our interpretation, The Moon is a witness to all the destructive and cruel events of our present day.
Nights here are far from quiet and carry none of the pre-war romance—they’re filled with pain, loss, and heavy thoughts: “Will I and my loved ones wake up in the morning?” “Will I still have a home tomorrow?”
The Moon looks with sorrow upon civilian cities, upon shattered lives, upon all the absurdity unfolding around us. Yet even amid the ashes, hollyhocks bloom—as a symbol that we cannot be torn from this earth, and that the Moon’s tears only nourish our roots.
We are losing far too much, every day, every minute. Yet those who have lost will never give up. They will not stop fighting. They will not surrender. They will not forgive. They will not show mercy.
